1960s in History

In History we have been learning about 1060,here are some of the things we are learning about:1960s fashion(clothing),1960s music(The Beatles),1960s life and so on!

So far we have been doing a brainstorm on 1960s ,it wasnt only the clothing and the bands that were popular it was also the bands and fashion that was popluar it was also the daily life and the type of style for furniture! Furniture also has its own style as well!

The 1960s style for girls were very funky and popular,girls wore short dresses and short skirt,the shoes were also very stylish they are called platform shoes.People describe them as sassy and cool.Men had a style as well,there style was mainly on the trousers, they wore big flappy trousers.

1960s was known for the biggest musical year,a band called the Beatles were very famous and popular, here are their names;George,John,Ringo and Paul,but one day some thing terrible happened ,someone shot John lennen he was literally assasinatated.Although his memory was long lasted.The word flower power was also very popular.

In Science we have been learning about Micro-Oraganisms. Micro-organism are living cells that are found in rotten foods, hair and plenty more places.





We experimented on some foods. Those foods were Tomatoes, Cheese, Bread and Lemon; we put the foods on the window sill a week ago and now we'll show you the results.



ROTTEN!

MICRO-ORGANISM HAS SPREADED ON THE FOODS, HAVE MOULDED IT AND THE REST OF YEAR 6M HAVE MADE SOME PICTURE OF THE RESULTS.
